Between you (“Driver”) and RVAi Consulting LLC
1. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in LocalLoop makes you an employee, partner, or agent. You decide when to go online, which city sectors to paint, which offers to accept, and which vehicle to use (if it matches what you listed). We do not control your hours.
2. No employment benefits
You are not entitled to minimum wage, overtime, unemployment insurance, or workers’ compensation from RVAi Consulting LLC by reason of using the app, except where a statute forbids that statement. You are responsible for self-employment and other taxes unless applicable law states otherwise. The app does not claim to withhold or remit taxes.
3. Your obligations
- Valid license, registration, and legally required insurance for every mile you drive.
- Vehicle that is reasonably safe and matches the description and plate you entered.
- You supply fuel, maintenance, phones, and data.
- You will not accept a trip you cannot legally complete (including cargo restrictions and passenger limits).
4. Insurance
RVAi Consulting LLC does not provide primary auto liability, collision, or occupational accident coverage unless a policy is expressly identified in a later signed addendum. Do not assume a transportation-network-company policy exists. Live driving remains disabled until the owner confirms required coverage and local transportation authority. Drive only if your own insurance and applicable law allow it.
5. Sectors and fallback
Ordinary offers require pickup and drop-off sectors you painted, and those sectors must be connected. Fallback work is optional, priced, and audited. You will not be auto-assigned outside your area.
6. Payouts
App Review earnings are isolated test-ledger entries and are not money. Live payouts remain disabled until a licensed payment processor and required tax process are configured. When enabled, payouts will follow the processor agreement and any Form W-9 / 1099 process we publish.
7. Termination
Either party may stop at any time. We may keep trip records as required for safety and tax.
8. Conflicts
If this Addendum conflicts with the Terms of Service on contractor status, this Addendum controls for driving activity.
