The configured review build uses a Cloudflare-hosted, isolated tenant for reviewer customer and driver sessions.
The review service supports city and sector catalogs, service-area selection, quotes, requests, offer acceptance, trip and delivery state, messages, safety-report receipts, ratings, earnings records, legal consent, and account deletion.
Review requests, fares, payment states, and earnings are simulated. No card is charged, no payout is sent, and no real ride or delivery is booked.
A preconfigured review driver is not proof of production driver screening or transportation authorization.
In-app support threads and safety reports can be stored by the review service, but they do not contact 911 or promise staff monitoring or response.
