LocalLoop is for getting a person or a sealed store order across a neighborhood safely. These rules apply to riders, drivers, and anyone messaging in the app.
Zero tolerance
- Assault, sexual misconduct, stalking, or threats.
- Driving under the influence.
- Weapons brandished in a vehicle.
- Hate or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or veteran status when accepting or providing a trip.
- Trafficking, exploitation, or using a trip to commit a crime.
- Fake accounts, spoofed GPS, or bypassing the pickup handshake.
Expected conduct
- Be on time or cancel before pickup if you cannot complete the trip.
- Confirm identity with the handshake (rides) or bag checklist (pickups).
- Keep the cabin reasonably clean.
- Do not pressure anyone for a personal phone number, hotel, or off-app payment.
- No photography or recording of another person in the vehicle without their clear consent. This app does not record cabin audio.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or ban accounts after review. Safety reports are submitted to the hosted service and receive a reference number, but a receipt does not contact 911 or guarantee a response time. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
